Read the fine print on the charger, or whatever the wall power first goes into. If it says it'll take 230V (e.g. 100-240V), you just need a plug adapter, or replacement power cord.

Recent phone and laptop chargers shouldn't be a problem, but it never hurts to check. Other items are very hit and miss.
