This is tragic.

If at all possible, help her to get the teachers to put together detailed info of the grades that she completed: the formal syllabus, plus worksheets, projects, exam questions set, etc. With this, done thoroughly for each course/subject, she will at least have a file to prove what level she attained.

In addition, ask each teacher to write her a report of her progress in the respective subjects.

Together, those may stand her in good stead if she ever gets a chance to pursue any education in another country.
