Thanks for your response, registering the company adress with an accounting firm is indeed possible and the charges are nominal as you rightly pointed out. But its not interesting for tax deductables. This is what I have learnt from legal : to register at a, residence. You need a letter of approval from the landlord and for tax purposes, you need saparate comms connection and a defined space that can be calculated against the rent. If you have a high staff turnover, you're at the mercy of the naighbours so don't do this in a high density residential area. The swiss seem to be very pragmatic about business (money) , as long as everything is notarised and u don't annoy anyone, most things are moot points.
