Yes, it's not "don't fancy" (I would need to change the booking for other reasons anyway, but would fully expect to pay for that); but this is a travel ban rather than just an epidemic at the destination. So does it count as epidemic? Or force majeure imposed by the authorities? Guess I'll have to phone
