Thank you, I also found that information last week (shame it does not show the applicable law but oh well ). From what it is mentioned there, as an EU-citizen, I don't have to present the residence permit, as the employment contract will suffice.
In this sense, I concluded that, as per the official website of the government, it is not necessarily the date of declaration of registration for residency at the municipality that will serve as base to determine the 6 months ownership of the vehicle and VAT exemption.
In any case, we are talking about more or less 5 days so, in the end, it's a matter of what it is said in the post below: it will depend on the guard that we will get at the time we import the car.
If the thread is still open by then, I can keep you guys posted on how it turned out.
