From Coop, Landi and Migros I received an automated response with a ticket number. Lidl is still awol but let's see what I get tomorrow. Interestingly enough, Aldi managed to give me an automated answer, followed by a personal email. Good customer response time IMO.

wow, efficient, irrespective of the result, they have at least registered the suggestion and maybe can put it in practice for future emergency events- thanks again LIB, keep us updated...i always knew oltenites had persuasive ways!
