For every 3 to 5 days a patient isn't hooked up to a ventilator, how much savings is that worth? I'll let you do the math here. It's an an anti-viral which can help and from what I have read, Gilead is donating 1.5 million vials of Remdesivir.

To me, what is the harm? If this helps patients recover faster and reduces time spent in hospitals, how is this not a win/win?
