Microspot - refund/repair question

I bought a Samsung combination microwave from Microspot at the beginning of last month. I tried the convection oven feature a few days in and realised that it cuts out when it gets too hot, which is not ideal for an oven.

Anyway I instigate a return within 14 days fully expecting a refund. I then go ahead and order a different model from Microspot because I really cannot be without an alternative. I wrote two follow up emails to Microspot to tell them that I expect a refund and hear nothing back.

Fast forward a month and a parcel arrives, its the original Samsung microwave which they say they have repaired.

Do I have a legal right to demand a refund as the item was faulty on arrival?
