I remembered something relevant to the topic.

Some jobs are not subject to outsourcing out of CH because of strategic interest. I remember the story of an acquaintance. It's not software development but more in the line of IT but it's a good example of services strategically located in Switzerland. Big p****a company stores all the sensitive data in Switzerland. Employees around the world use their laptops to connect to the storage in CH, work and all local data is erased when they turn off their computers. If any prosecutor/investigator wants to have access to data, they need to request it to a Swiss judge.

I'm sure there might be also opportunities in software development where being located in CH provides a larger benefit that makes savings through outsourcing irrelevant.
