It makes sense that there was little attention here....Brits resident in CH would be most likely to die in CH (as that’s where they spend most time) so automatic organ donation Rules in UK wouldn’t be top of mind.

If a Brit dies here, same rules as for non Brits apply....the doctors need to ask the relatives for permission if there is no donor card or other clear expression of wishes. Legislation of the country of death applies (suspect great caution is applied in cases of non-residents who die in automatic donation unless you opted out places)
