Have you forgotten the thread on installing a washing machine? You claimed your 3rd party insurance would not cover a DIY type Instalation only if installed by a plumber with Swiss qualifications.

Since the training would take 5 minutes, I am surprised that a 'technician' would be required in addition to a driver.
