Re: Adobe indesign alternative?

I used to use Adobe Illustrator and Indesign professionally some years ago, then the package that I paid quite a lot of money for became obsolete and I didn't want to pay a monthly license. These days, for simple design work for my business I use Pages which comes with the Mac - one part of it works just like Word but you can also use it for some good page layout work. (doesn't Word allow for simple page layout?)

But for serious design I use Affinity. It's almost the same as Illustrator, but it only cost me $50.00 - for life, with free updates. It's a great design tool and I would never go back to Adobe now.
