Choosing an AED?

I have gotten to the point where I want an AED in the building...

someone in my household is at risk of a heart attack (as told by a doctor, and as a first aid trainer (albeit for scuba divers), I already have a training AED (one that doesn't deliver shocks - just to show people how to use one).

That said, I cant make my mind up on an AED. Any suggestions?

Requirements:
- English or Italian voice guidance / CPR guidance
- 4+ year battery life
- Replaceable pads (without prescription)

Nice to haves:
- Fully automatic

- Able to export ECG
- Rugged (so I could throw it into the first aid bag when going diving)
- Always on status indicator (so when on the wall, you can see if it's "ok")

Don't Care:
- Size/weight

My trainer is based on the philips heartstart, so obviously I was leaning towards that... but it'sn not fully automated. So now I'm leaning towards a "Lifepak CR Plus"...

Does anyone have experience in the field? Thoughts?
