The crack is likely caused by the soundboard drying out too much. This may also have caused the neck to warp.

Before doing anything, get a guitar humidifier or some humidity control packs, and get her back up to 45-50% RH.

You could DIY the top crack then if so inclined. This guy makes a great top-crack fixing kit, the method is sound but it's not cheap:
