As I cannot afford to make puff pastry myself often enough, I am searching for a good one to buy. I couldn't find any good in Migros and Coop.

I find this test from Srf: Die Billigsten sind die Besten which says the best ones are from Aldi and Lidl, but none is made with butter

Does anyone have some other source (in Zentral Schweiz for me) of good puff pastry made with real butter and not pressed wood leftovers (aka palm oil).
Oh yaaack!

I don't buy it often but I find it the stranges thing to sell "Blätterteig" that doesn't contain butter as that's what Blätterteig is about.

However, Anna's Best from Migros claims 100% Swiss butter and flour according to TerraSuisse-rules. And not a micron of palmfat.

I've not tried it. If you do, please report back.
