A New York State appellate judge has ruled publisher Simon & Schuster can proceed with publishing a tell-all book about President Donald Trump written by Mary Trump.

Justice Alan D. Scheinkman said the injunction against the book's publication stems from a non-disclosure agreement signed between the members of the Trump family barring them from writing about one another, and while Mary is free to sign away her First Amendment rights, Simon & Schuster made no such agreement.
