Dual residency UK & CH = double social security?

I'm planning to leave Switzerland for UK for a new job, but in case things don't work out I'd like to keep open a plan B of going back to CH for a while.

I'm non-EU on C permit so once I deregister it's final here, no going back. Thus I'm considering doing it only at the last possible moment - at 6 months after the move. Which means that while I'll be working my UK job I'd still be officially considered a resident in Switzerland

Does anyone how this plays out with social security payments (AHV and NI)? UK employer has no choice but to deduct NI from my paycheck, and at the same time I'm afraid swiss AHV Kasse will be asking me what do i do and for 10% of my UK pay. Will I really have to pay double social security to both countries until I deregister from CH? Or is there some analogue to double taxation relief but for social security?
