Brexit transition phase will end this year, nobody knows what comes afterwards. Especially non-EU's may well get thrown under the bus by Boris.

You could try to get accepted as "WochenAufenthalter" by ZH authorities, with workplace in the UK. You'd need to keep your center of life in Switzerland. Main evidence are that your family, if any, stay here, plus regular return to CH by you (given the distance and travel times probably at least every fortnight). The additional 6 months after your last visit should remain, enabling you to stretch the test phase well into what is likely to be post-transition Brexit.

Expensive, especially if flight schedules and prices don't return to anything resembling what used to be normal. But given the uncertainty it may still be worth it.
