It's not that easy for a non-Swiss resident to open a current account in Switzerland unless you qualify for private banking or wealth management.

Money can be transferred to a Revolut card, but if paid in cash the easiest is to convert to GBP in Switzerland and pay it in in the UK. The saving using Transferwise on the amounts, unless substantial, are miniscule and likely not worth all the hassle.
