Of course not. It isn't supposed to have access to your location, otherwise it would not be let on the market. It's one of the requirements that it should know only some long number which represents another user of the app, whose phone was 1.5 m or less away from your phone during at least 15 minutes. Then it stores this record for 14 days and deletes it afterwards.
