Soon to be age 16, motorcycle license?

Hello, soon I am turning 16, and have been keen to get myself a motorcycle license. The thing is, with the new law about to be in set in place soon that will lower the age limits (at the new year (January 1, 2021), I'm not sure if which one to get...

As of right now, it is required to be of 18 years of age for the A restricted license, and 16/18 for the A1 license, depending on the power you want.

With the new law thats about to be set in place, the A restricted will turn from 18 to 16, and the A1 will go from 16/18 to 15/16. There.

What I really want to know is if it is worth getting the A restricted (and possibly spend more effort) or the higher version of the A1 is enough. Are the qualifications and steps required about identical? If that's the case, then I will just go for the A restricted... and allow myself the right for a more powerful motorcycle...

if anyone could help, that would be much appreciated.
