New schätzung after purchasing home

Hey All - still learning the swing of things here so bare with me.

Purchased a house at the beginning of this year and have assumed all the insurance policies of the previous owner. I want to make sure that if something happens to the house that we are insured for the proper amount, although I know its rare that these types of events happen I would rather be safe than sorry. So in looking at the current schätzung, it appears to have not been updated since 1979.

Since the last evaluation was done there hasnt been a ton of work done, but a decent amount for example:
- New Kitchen
- New Oil Heater
- New Windows
- Paint
- Flooring
- Light Fixtures

From what the notar and real estate people have advised, its stupid to get a new evaluation because then the monthly ins. premium goes up which makes sense, but I am more concerned with something happening to the home and them not wanting to cover the amount it would take to fix or rebuild.

Should I be concerned about this or leave as is?

As always, thank you in advance!
