The previous incident (26 km/h over on a free way) results in a warning. This has not much impact on your current case. It only means that a second warning is no longer possible and a ban of at least one month is quite certain. On the upper end a ban for not more than 3 month is expected.

But if you do not change you behavior in the future, and keep speeding, longer bans must be given. Next time it could be 12 months!
