Ski instructor (Praktikum, Aushilfe) Berner Oberland

I have a nanny coming from abroad (EU) to help with taking care of my kids for the winter season (December 2020 to April 2021). This means that she will have a permit B (Aufenthaltsbewilligung) sorted out.

Now, this young lady has a university degree in Sports Science and is quite proficient at skiing. Since she will have quite a lot of free time (whole days Fri-Sat-Sun), she would be very much interested in doing some type of Praktikum at a Ski School (Aushilfsskilehrer). She is not interested in getting paid, she would just like to get as much experience as possible and meet young people who also love snow-sports. The goal is to get the most out of her stay in Switzerland!

Questions:
- Would it make sense to attend a course to obtain Swiss qualifications? Something like "Kids Instructor Ski (ZA Kids)"? Does it make any sense to choose a BASI course over the Swiss course?
- Would it be better to contact some Ski Schools in the region in advance, before getting the Swiss qualifications?
- Or would it be easier to just volunteer to help with the trainings of the local ski club?

Problems:
- She only speaks English, French and her native language. No German at all. We are in the Berner Oberland (Meiringen). She is really sociable and

Thanks in advance!
