unresponsive and nonresponsive don't seem to be different, both say "lack of response". Same with uneducated, lack of education. Yes, uneducated =/= uneducational, but still.
Prefixes in English are one of those things that have no rhyme or reason to them. You canít just stick un or dis or in etc in the front of a word and expect it to mean what you think it should

Diseducational does seem to exist but I have never seen it used.
