Re: Buy prescription medicine in Switzerland

My mum (not in Europe) is identified as cancer and there is a medicine that shows good effects, but it has not yet been available in our country.
I guess such medicine will be prescription here.
Can I just buy it here without bringing my mum physically here?

Can anyone share any relevant experience?

Thanks

Thatīs a definite no, especially because cancer meds are not freely available OTC.

You could ask your GP to liaise with your momīs GP? But Iīd imagine that it would be illegal to import/export medication, especially if that has not yet been approved in that country.

Good luck
