My Zurich flat is 4.5k and I have to pay just the interest component on a Uk London apartment which is 2.5k plus utilities. That just keeps the capital the same rather than amortise the Loan

I do understand... that you have struggled to live within your means even on such a high salary through what appear to be some unwise decisions... you're bleeding money.
Anyway in the end who cares, good luck with RAV and finding a new place, maybe it will be the start of a new chapter in life.
PS: A good mens haircut is 55chf.
