There is a suspiciously high number of smallish apartments in Höfe district... looks like there is a big market for small flats for people who "occasionally" live there and then claim "Wochenaufenthalter" in Zurich... you dont need to move back and forth for that. Some even push the envelope and claim that they live in a WG... while having a second residence conveniently close to their work.



Finding a bigger and nice flat to actually live in is not that easy... but in my eyes still much easier than Zurich city.
