TCS occasion test vs TCS Auto-Volltest

Can anybody comment on the difference between these tests and when you choose one or the other?

TCS occasion test (used car test, cheaper, has a PDF with list of checks)

TCS Volltest (full test, more expensive)

Does either test include a compression test on the engine?

Does the Volltest include everything in the cheaper used car test? Or do you have to order both tests to get complete coverage?

The TCS Occasions-Test is only CHF 120 in some regions. If you are looking at a car that is a long way from you, that is cheaper than buying a train ticket and taking half a day to go there and inspect the car. Has anybody simply asked for a car to be tested remotely like this as a screening before visiting it?

Many sites recommend making a used car purchase conditional on the MFK. Has anybody also included the TCS inspection as part of the contract, for example, you sign an agreement to buy the car, the seller drops it off at the test center and you have a right to renege on the contract or lower the price if major issues are found?

I've read that most sellers pay for the MFK so it would seem to be sensible to have the MFK done first, if that fails, no money is wasted on the TCS tests.
