I can see how that must be really difficult for people who rely on that visual contact.

I actually find it much harder with screens and masks, but for me it's just language.. I'm decent at FR, especially understanding it but I never realised before how much I need to listen properly, and probably I sort of face read too. Now I don't get most of the face and the voice is muffled.

So I feel for you guys who are affected more than me!
