Hi nadeemoidu. Despite the useful comments above, I thought my own experience could be useful to you since I've been in a "high risk country" a short while back.

If you are in Kt ZH, you can either take a public transport or have somebody pick you up at the airport. However, if the person that picks you up is living in the same household as you, he/she will be required to go to quarantine just like you. I've heard that this differs though from Kt to Kt, and given the current unstable and ever-changing regulations I'd in any case call the Corona Hotline just to be sure.
