I have this ticket from Feb 2020 and it covers all zones - Cost 2226 SFR

I have not used it since March as we were all home office and I went in to ask for it to be suspended or refunded

I was basically told that is not possible and it is worth nothing - Is that true??

I feel like I paid for a full season ticket but did not use it this year at all
