| Seconded! Recently made a carrot and tumeric soup mixed in the blender and of course the plastic turned neon yellow. All I had to do was leave it in the window in strong sunlight and *presto* it was gone within hours. | |

Good tip, thanks guys! Although in Autumn and Winter in CH this method may be less possible due to lack of sun.
I still likely won't be using fresh turmeric again though unless I really have no choice or wear some disposable kitchen gloves or something.
