Welcome to the forum.

Your girlfriend needs to check with her cantonal migration office whether the concubine permit it issued in that canton. This is a permit for unmarried couples, but not all cantons issue it. If it's available then she'll need to agree to be financially responsible for you for 5 years.

If that permit is not available and you don't want to get married then the only way would be for a Swiss employer to get a permit on your behalf. The non-EU hiring criteria is outlined here.

If that's not possible for you either, then there's no way to move here except to get married.
