That's always been the case, since the beginning of all times. We usually had no shame going for a good resto or a chic haircut there as oppose to them the other way

People don't do it anymore, VD business owners will probably like that.

I think according to the link posted here a few days back, it was the hygiene, distancing and Sars experience (masks) that helped them keep it low. CZ had it low for ever, though, and then it spread. So even in countries with almost zero 1st wave, it can still happen. And unnoticed, for a long time. I think Belgium went through what seems the same sudden flip. It wasn't sudden, just crept up unnoticed. Japan scans all, civic sense was boosted by Sars 1.
