Easyjet already cancelled everything between Luton & Zurich from October to December.

BA have just binned all of November between Zurich and Heathrow and possibly early December.

So you have Swiss pretty much with a monopoly with usually 1 flight a day between Zurich and Heathrow and priced accordingly. As a regular commuter its a nightmare with flights getting to see the family at present.
Er, what part of the law of supply and demand do you not understand? Of course Swiss is going to charge monopoly rents, but that is better than the alternative that all of their competitors have chosen.
