Tax at source assumes some cantonal average tax rate and flat rate deductions. Depending on your actual deductions and the tax rate of you either get reimbursed or have to pay the difference.

The city of Zurich has a rather high tax rate and people living in the city often also work there which means there travel deductions are lower than tax at source assumes. Hence a considerable higher tax bill.

Some rural communes like Maschwanden, Wila, or Bachs have a higher tax raten than the city. Some others such as Rüschlikon, Küssnacht, or Winkel have a considerable lower tax rate.
Many thanks for the information. May I ask please, in the above link, is the 100 Prozent der einfachen Staatssteuer indeed the amount we pay as Quellensteuer/Tax at source?
