Normally, if the sender has sent it A (express) it should be next day or max. two days - so you should have received it on Saturday, at the latest, and then swiftly signed and resent it on the same day so they get it Monday.

I suggest you call them on Monday morning and ask what has happened to the letter, as you have not received it yet.
