All three kids and I suffer from eczema, and it’s usually much worse in winter when skin is enclosed in clothes.

The kids use Dexeril cream every day, which is utterly hypoallergenic. I prefer Antidry myself. We then use Bepanthen sensiderm on the areas which get more eczema, mostly arms and around the knees.

Usually, keeping your skin well hydrated prevents bouts of eczema.
