OK guys, I was contacted by HR and asked about the net pay question. They told me chf 11,500 given all the inputs I gave them but suggested there is room for an accountant to optimise things.

What is there for an accountant to do? All the inputs are binary.. You are either single or not. and re age not sure they can just add years...
There might be additional things you can deduct, more for a tax advisor than an accountant. But honestly, given the super low tax rates in that part of SZ, tax deductions are not that interesting. On a 1000 CHF deductible spend (e.g. for education), you get ca. 100 CHF less tax payment.

Again, optimize your life rather than your tax position.
