I just learned my kids [just the kids] have been signed up for world wide health care. Cover that costs 50 CHF a month.

Obviously I don't want or need such insurance and didn't sign them up for it. Either it is an error on their side or simply fraud.

Is there a party I can contact in Switzerland, an onnibudman who might be able to help me fight this?
