Update-
Bepanthen Sensiderm cream, I applied it a few times a day since I started this thread. It seems to have fixed my issue. I don't feel itchy at all and visually skin looks completely normal. I did apply Dexeryl cream few times too.

Bepanthen is definitely cortisone free as it says on the package, could someone confirm if Dexeryl cream is also cortisone free? From the ingredients it does seem so?
