But I didnít mention the airlines, this will be driven by governments. If a country can reduce the spread of the virus from inbound travellers it will do so.

And frankly the airlines will welcome it. Reducing the likelihood of the virus spreading makes people willing to travel. If you had your choice of getting on a plane knowing that everyone had had the vaccine, or getting on one where only some of the people had had it. Which would you choose?
