Just go to aliexpress instead. Same stuff, better site.
I ordered a bunch of these clips a while ago:

They are decent quality, but only come with labels in inches. Took about 3 weeks to ship.

Aliexpress lets you filter by items with free shipping to avoid exactly that. It usually amounts to about the same whether you buy the cheapest and pay for shipping or buy it a little more expensive with free shipping but for me it is easier to find the best deal filtering for free shipping items.
