Haven’t seen a mention here but, according to the BBC the BMJ (British Medical Journal) has asked the New York Times issue a correction to its report that the UK was alright with mixing and matching the types of vaccines.

That is not the policy. But should it happen inadvertently it isn’t likely to be dangerous to the individual. Consequences on immunity are unknown.
