Re: Trump or Biden .Who you got?

If Ossoff comes through with the win, it'll give Biden a little breathing time, but not much. The Dems would control the White House and both houses of Congress, so passing bills would be relatively simple (although the Supreme Court is still stacked 6–3 for the Republicans), but Warnock will be coming in as a Class III Senator, so he will be up for reelection in November 2022.

Unless Biden performs.spectacularly well, and Trump is somehow silenced (prison would work), I suspect that the natural lean to the right in Georgia would reassert itself over the next two years. Kamala Harris' seat is also Class III, so her untested replacement will also have only a couple of years in the job before facing reelection (probably not such a tough task as it's representing California). And there'll be another 32 Senate seats also up for grabs then, too, of course.

The good news for Biden and the Dems, though, is that 20 of the Senators up for reelection in 2022 are Republicans and 14 (if Warnock is confirmed) are Democrats, so it's the Republicans' race to lose. And Chuck Grassley, who will be about 120 years old by then, may well retire at or before the 2022 election, putting another Republican Senate seat in doubt.
