If you're referring to the oft discredited photo of the man in the horned helmet (Angeli. the QAnon Shaman) and/or the two men in the selfie in the rotunda, they've all been identified as Q-lunatics, Proud Boys, Black Israelites,etc. I don't think the BLM protestors would bother donning whiteface to show up to trump rally/protest.
