I think they should really consider enforcing home-schooling again if they really want to bring those numbers down and try to help save the economy. Teenagers especially are one of the biggest "spreaders," I guess... and of course, with these new mutations, primary school kids also spread those variants more easily.
Universities are distance learning, everything else is still ‘on site’.
