Re: Trump or Biden .Who you got?

Im not sure he really did resonate with that many outside a small but loud fascistic fringe. It's just that post-Obama the Democrats lost their way and he capitalised.

He beat Hillary who was toxic to begin with, and then ran the worlds worst campaign where she campaigned in the wrong states and with a ludicrous woke message (vote for me to shatter the glass ceiling!). Despite this his own ratings stunk. Lots of people who voted for him didn't think he was qualified, just didn't want Hillary.

Biden is the luckiest person alive. He faced a nutter in the primaries, a nutter in the election, and now it looks all but certain he'll face a tribute act nutter if he makes it to 2024 in decent health and wants a second term. Susan Collins or Lisa Murkowski would beat him very comfortably - but they'll run Ted Cruz or Donald Trump Jr or someone else barking mad.
While i agree largely with what you say here, there isn't anything "woke" about the glass ceiling. It's basic equality.

I also think May suffered from a lack of charisma and from being left out in the cold by her peers. It'll probably garner groans but it's the truth nonetheless: their sex was a factor too.
