Only that is hard to find a replacement.
Why do you think it is hard to find someone to take over the rental contract?
Have you already tried what telescope suggested:

How much is the rent?
How many rooms

One 2-room apartment plus separate kitchen, 15 min from station for 1100 was flooded for application

Some applications were sent like they were work application with recommendation for the pope

Some applicants just wanted to know the agency name, without visiting the apartment (I made very exhaustive and good photos )

In 1 hours from appearing online there were more than 50 requests

After 5 hours we had 100+ visiting requests

I strongly advice you to use facebook for advertising for free
and failed? If so, why isn't your search working?
Do your ads - whether in facebook or in tutti or in anibis - perhaps lack some of the information, or good photos?
Is your current apartment very undesirable?
It is in a bad area?
Is it very expensive?
